The wool and dyes and slabs and stones have a weird name and are messed up

When you go to craft on the wool it just says wool no color and a weird name and you can't craft stone or wooden slabs and on dyes it's a wired name with dots and slashes and stuff it's a bug please fix it was not like this before the update
