Minecraft PE v.1.6.1 doesn't work when specific wifi is connected

Minecraft PE v1.6.1 doesn't work when specific wifi is connected.

It doesn't launch to start menu.

It just stop at white screen but does not crash.

It works when i'm not connected to specific wifi (connecting to lte / 4G / other wifi)
