Element Constructor UI Extends below hotbar

Device: Samsung Galaxy S4

The UI (specifically the neutron slider) extends below the hotbar on my device.

GUI size is 5.0

Steps to Reproduce

Open Element constructor with Pocket UI selected and GUI size 5.

Actual Results

The bottom slider is partway below the hotbar

Expected results

All sliders are within the bounds of the box on the right (This image is with GUI size 4.00)
