Explorer Maps are invisible.

I traded a villager for an Ocean explorer's map and a woodland mansion explorer's map and when held they are invisible. Not even the map texture shows. The world is survival mode with no cheats. Attached are two screenshots of me holding the maps.

Edit: No resource packs or addons are being used.
