Game crashes

hi, i just bought this game for my son about 2 days ago. It was working for 10 minutes and then it kept crashing since. I reboot it 2 times and redownloaded it but still doesn't work. My son is very disappointed, this was his birthday gift. Please help, don't know what's wrong with it.
