Not working on windows 10 pro

I have a brand new Windows 10 Pro install on my 2nd hard disk partition of my mac. I have bean running a PocketMine server. But I recently installed the official bedrock server release. It was first giving me errors of missing DLLs. I downloaded the DLLs and first tried using them in the same folder as the EXE file and PROPERTIES file. That did not work, I then moved them to the system32 folder. Still the same message as when I put it with the EXE: The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007). I really need help with this issue.
