Hi I have a problem with the repeaters

When I place the repeater at some coord I can see it but it doesen't work also you can figure that it won't work from the sound because you can't hear whel you place it on the ground but you can see it. I have 3 locations in wich I can't use them. I read that with your last update you fixed something like that if I am not wrong but it doesen't work for me ?
