Purchased Items Disappeared

Last night, game was v.1.6 and I logged in to play.  Spent some coins on 5 new packs, none downloaded.  I waited.  I exited and restarted the game. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the game this morning.  Now it say's it's v. 1.2, I got some notification about what's new in the update, and most of my puchased items are gone.  Many I can't even find on the store.  Is there a way to get them back or get a refund?
