Snow layers mess with mob attacks.

I noticed that iron golems can't attack while stood on snow, also maybe skeletons.

to reproduce, fill a layer of snow, spawn a golem and a pigman.

the golem will move to attack the pigman but can't
also spawn a skeleton on the snow and it won't attack the golem.
