Minecraft VR oculus rift action bar problem

When i play minecraft VR on the oculus rift, it is amazing!, But sometimes when im in full vr screen, and i change my gear trough the bar, and i want to use it, it goes back to some other gear or block. So an example, When i got a sword in slot 1 and a pick axe in slot 3, i select the pick axe, and press the use button to mine some stone, it go directly to slot 1 the sword. My solution so far is by leaving the full vr screen, go to the couch scene en flip back in into full vr. It is a solution, but when your in battle your doomed

hope thise bug will be fixed.
