Invisible skin and mobs graphics bug

Everything worked well before the 1.6 update!. But now after I updated it my skin is invisible. And all the skins in the skin menu are invisible with a black shadow!. And all mobs are invisible as well. And my world keeps on flickering with the black and blue lines everywhere around.
