Custom Mob Heads

There is a command you can use to get custom mob heads e.g. pig head but every time I do it this happens: I type the command /give @s skull 1 3 {skullowner:pig} but every time I do it it says “unexpected } at owner:pig>>}<<“. Please fix this.
