View ‘jumps’ to looking straight up in Creative Mode

While in Creative Mode, flying around a project I’m working on, the ‘view’ will suddenly jump to looking straight up at the sky. Seems to turn me around as well, takes a moment to turn back to what I was looking at before the jump.

Difficult to identify the exact steps to reproduce, but seems to be when my two hands are on the screen (laying block then turning a bit or moving a bit). Only happens when flying.
