Minecraft crashes with white screen when loading world

Minecraft on my daughters iPad Air with the latest version of IOS keeps crashing with a white screen, when she is trying to load her worlds. I have a very distressed child and will hope this can be resolved quickly.

 

when googling I can't believe that minecraft is having so many problems why cant you people resolve and make the software more robust.
