Skin Pack Not working after update

After the update to 1.6.0 I can no longer use the  Fright Night 13 Skinpack.   When I try to select a skin it will revert to one of the two default skins.  

 

I have included a Problem Steps Recorder mht file to show you what happens when skins are selected.
