Inability to load or create worlds, realms or servers

When clicking to load or create a world, nothing happens. Likewise when attempting to connect to a server nothing happens. Joining a realm results in a loading screen, followed by a sudden return to the "friends" menu. (Will reinstall to attempt to resolve the issue)
