Missing Skin Pack

I downloaded the Mob Skin Pack from MCPE addons and I had it for awhile with no issues. Just this week, I re-started my iPad and the skin pack is empty and locked. I tried to re-download it, but got a duplicate skin pack error when I tried to install it. Any ideas of what I can try? I am not super-technical, sorry if this issue has been covered - I looked and was not able to find anything specific to my trouble. Thank you.
