splah/lingering potions bug

(this bug still in 1.6.0.30)

when use a splash and lingering potion

all potion have an back effect (some water splash potion have they effect) sometime dont have an effect only have a bottle break effect only

(update : fix this bug in 1.6 full release thanks)
