Lava animation in Console Edition texture packs is too slow

When the Console Edition texture packs were made for bedrock, it seems the texture animation speed was not changed for existing animations such as the Lava texture. I have recorded the lava animation across all console texture packs I own in bedrock on Console Xbox One vs Bedrock Switch to show the error. This seems to affect all packs ported before Norse Mythology
