Super Fast Villager Zombies on Windows 10 Minecraft

So I was playing my Survival world and noticed a village, they were all infecet for some reason thats not normal in minecraft win 10 edition,when I approached to them they went super sonic speed fast like wtf,Its that a bug or something plz fix it heres an example of a reddit video.
