Ticking areas cannot be removed in the same tick that they are created

After creating a ticking area, it cannot be removed until the tick after.

Run a commandblock chain containing the following two commands:

tickingarea add ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ RemoveMe
tickingarea remove RemoveMe

The second command block will fail and say that "No ticking areas named RemoveMe exist in the current dimension". A similar message occurs when using coordinates to remove a ticking area.
