Community-made shaders can't change the texture of water

Android version: 6.0.1 (Marshmallow)

Device used when the issue appeared: Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime

 

All community-made shaders or texture packs cannot change the texture of water since the Update Aquatic. This has to be fixed, since it affects almost every texture pack that attempts to change the texture of water.

It is POSSIBLY Minecraft Bedrock Edition's fault.
