No sound when you place a block on a network game (Mineplex, Lifeboat, CubeCraft etc.)

I like to play multiplayer games, and in many multiplayer servers, there is no sounds when you try to place a block. I've tried regular multiplayer and the sounds still work perfectly fine, and this has been a problem since 1.4, as I know for now.
