Teleporting long distance or using a lot of commands can end badly.

I own a Minecraft bedrock realm, on the nintendo switch. The world is a transfer from the old Minecraft nintendo switch edition, but since the upload, i have added many many mini-games with command blocks.

The problem is, every time I add a new mini-game, the realm becomes a little more laggy.
I currently have 10 mini-games, and while working on the 11th, I noticed when i try to do a long distance teleport with a command block, this happens. (picture) Sometimes it only lasts around a half a minute, sometimes It stays like that until I exit the game and rejoin. Lag becomes more and more serious, and I wonder if I should cut down on the number of command blocks I use.

my health is like that because i tried to use /kill to get unstuck, and it didn't work.
