Minecraft world freezes when exploring, multiple worlds deleted

So when explroing outside of my starter map my game freezes and crashes. My game also deleted 4 worlds from my Xbox yesterday, one creative test world and a survival world plus 2 copies of that world in case something happened. Please fix this! All my worlds are gone! I put 200+ hours into them!
