Screen Blinking Rapidly

When I play Minecraft on my phone and then quit one of my world's the screen keeps rapidly flashing white and 1. It hurts my eyes and 2. My dad has seizures so I don't want him to look at my phone and have a stroke so can you guys take a look at this issue
