Nobody can log-in in the Realm

Good afternoon, recently I tried to close my Realm (server), by the close button and the game started the process of finishing the connection. But in the middle of the process I received the message "It was not possible to close Realm" even with the game being finalized, but in the Realm status I still appear as "Online" until now hours after the fact. Thanks to this now when I try to re-enter the server I am greeted with the message "Could not log in to Realm. Please try again later.". As a result of this now I am unable to play because I can not even finish my exit from the server that tells me as "Online" and does not enter again to play.
