Villagers can sometimes get stuck in water for no reason and cant do certain tasks

As read in the summary, villagers can get stuck in the water between the farms sometimes. Also if food (such as:carrots, potatoes, wheat/seeds/bread) is misthworn in the water, the villager will try to pick them up but cant move while hes in water. Thus he will stay there forever ubtil the items despawn.
