Redblock creations move blocks whenever you teleport or leave the world and come back

Whenever I create a redstone mechanism (pistons, redstone, etc) {For example: when I try to make a chest board}, it completely moves and distorts the mechanism through other blocks around it whenever I respawn, teleport, or leave the world and come back. It's breaking all my mechanisms and it's pointless to make anything because I have to rebuild it everytime I do anything.
