DLC not transferring over

I had bought some DLC on my mobile device (City Texture Pack, Plastic Texture Pack , etc.) a while back and I have recently gotten minecraft bedrock for the Xbox One. However I am not able to download those packs. I am signed in to the same microsoft account on both the tablet and xbox but it shows that I still need to buy. I was signed onto the current microsoft account when I bought the DLC and it says that I have bought it on my tablet. However the Xbox forces me to repay. Hope you look into this and add an option to sync DLC across devices.
