Signs do not display certain text

I'm trying to write the following sign :

Ferronerrie ->

 

But for some reason the text doesn't display when I apply the text. I made some tests, and it seems to have issues with some combinations of text starting with "bois or boi".

The simplest text that seems to cause the issue is "bois fer" which is french for "Wood iron".
