Item Hack

Players are able to use mods to give themselves items as long as they know the ID of the item/block. The Anticheat is decent but not good enough, when they spam item-hack it keeps on generating and disappearing in inventory but if they are quick enough, they can place it in the crafting slots/inventory where the Anticheat does NOT affect the hacked items!
