When it comes night, lights appears

Well, when night comes, it appears some lights.

I'm playing in my Huawei P9 Lite 2017/Nova Lite 2017/ PRA-LX3 , and i tried to play in other smartphone, same model, and it doesntd appears.

 

I tried to reset cache, reset default video settings, but it just appears again and again.

i thinked it was my texture pack, but it isn't.
