Textures in the marketplace won't download.

I bought 2 texture packs and 2 worlds on the store. They keep acting like they are downloading but are not. They read "1d 2h 12m to download", when I checked the marketplace the next day the text was gone and it had stopped downloading. I pressed download again, and the download time won't even show up. No progress has been made on the download bar and it has been 2 weeks. Please help!
