Issue with quick moving items into chest a hopper is pulling from

When attempting to quick move stacks of items from your inventory into a chest, if a hopper is currently pulling another stack of the same item the stack you are attempting to move is returned to your inventory.  This makes it difficult to use hopper fed furnaces and sorters.
