2 worlds have disappeared

I've lost 2 worlds now for no reason at all. They have just disappeared. I literally saved and exited about 15 minutes ago and reloaded Minecraft and my world is gone. I've spent too much time between the 2 world's for this to happen a third time. I would like my worlds back
