App on iPad will not launch.

App will not launch. Starts to launch until minecraft sign then kicks out and returns to home screen. Started after last update conducted. 

Lots of purchases on this app and my son has put in a lot of work which we don't want to lose.reported to your support team who have advised it is a bug and need to report it.
