Game won't start frozen on Mojang screen

The game is frozen on the white mojang startup screen and won't respond. I've deleted the game, reinstalled it, deleted the folder and even restored and reset my device to the factory settings twice and I still can't play the game. This has been an issue since 1.5 beta. It happen on my phone once but when I restore it the problem stopped this also happened in 1.5 beta
