Incomplete recipes appear in recipe book despite "craftable" button checked

The bug

When the "craftable" option is enabled in the recipe book, some uncraftable items are still shown. If you have any ingredient for a recipe in your inventory, it will always appear in the recipe book, regardless of whether you have the other ingredients and regardless of your preferred craftable filter.

In other words, it is impossible hide uncraftable items.

How to reproduce

Empty your inventory and obtain a common crafting reagent, such as iron. Ensure the "craftable" option is checked. Notice that uncraftable items are displayed.
