When swimming, the screen turns black. (Nintendo Switch)

This is very weird, I loaded into a new Survival world, and decided to go find some turtles. When I swim in the water, the screen turns completely black. You can’t see anything. Not sure if this is the game’s fault or my Switch. I updated it just recently.
