Commands

So I made a world that is old and is in creative with cheats and commands I joined the world then I gave my self commands blocks and I summoned some withers they all went the the end of the old world the I went up to it and every thing froz I can still move my player then every  thing starts jittering my and and items were jittering then I left the world and this happened help
