Chunks aren't able to load in some maps

Chunks aren't able to load. I want to play a map and it's unable to load in a map that I want to play, I type /kill, I am still alive with 0 hearts, Plz fix this PROBLEM!!!!!!!

 

 

P.S I use LG Phoenix 3
