"There was a problem trying to load this world"

Sometimes when i try to load a world it says "There was a problem trying to load this world"

When i try to load the world again it works, but its returned me back to spawn point and all character data gets lost, including things i have built. Someone PLZ Help it started happening when i updated to the aquatic update!!!

 

The same thing happens on other worlds just not every time.
