Idle animation pauses for a split second when looping

The Bug
Idle animation for both arms and legs pauses for a brief moment when it loops. It is more noticeable with lower FOV

How to reproduce
-Go into creative and start flying
-Go into F5 mode and look at your feet for a few seconds
