keeps on walking

while walking diaganaly using kb and mouse or xbox controls (pressing w and s or w and a at the same time for 5 secs makes my char walk for about 20 secs.... i have died so many times due to this. ill get to a ledge and let go of the controls and i keep walking for a long time even after i let them go
