Meny Keeps auto scrolling from time to time.

Meny keeps auto scrolling, i cant play the game. I just bought a new controller becuse i tought it might be the problem but the same thing keeps happening.. Please you need to help me, how am i supposed to play the game if it keeps happening to me. I play for 10 min and then when i oppen a meny of any sort in minecraft it starts going to one diration. And it dosent mather if i hard klick the opposite diriction it dosent help...
