Realms Crash

Here is the scenario:

I own a Realm and join via Xbox One.

My friend joins my Realm from Windows 10 edition on his laptop.

When he 'switches tabs' on his computer, it crashes the entire realm.

We cannot re-join the realm for a while after this crash...
