In one of my worlds I will try to look around but instead it will bug weirdly

I will be turning my character in a direction and then he will act like he's shaking his head from side to side in a motion so quick it would not be able to be done by man although it only happens for a short period of time like 2 or 3 seconds and then it goes away.
