Redstone not always working after update.

I have a small, creative mode, map that I created a few months ago, to go all out, test building things and especially push my red stone skills to the next level.

I had not played it in a while but with the new aquatic update, devided to give it a go on this map, the majority of my red stone builds no longer work, some are complex, some very basic.

 

I have a jukebox that when you place a disk in, it will power a random "disco" floor and Wall. It will also trip a railway that works as a timer to shoot off fireworks. 

The floor is partially on all the time and nothing else works when you put a disk in. The jukebox dors not power the red stone under it.

I have red stone lamps in trees with a solar panel on it, some work, some don't. 

 

The subway system no longer works at all, you get into a cart in the station and press a button to go, the button no longer powers the power rail.

 

Most doors have pressure plates on both sides to open and close doors, these no longer work.

 

I have levers to turn on red stone lights, these no longer power the Redstone.
