Maps not loading

Anytime I want to download a map from MCPEDL.com it will say on my game level import started. Then, it will say level import finished successfully. But, when I hit play, nothing's there but "did your worlds disappear? try changing your storage location:" I tried both external and application, but nether of them work. So I don't know what to do.
